Your leadership will support both resident enjoyment and functional improvements through tailored recreational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents for recreation therapy needs
• Create and communicate individualized treatment goals
• Ensure resident participation in recreation programs
• Assist and direct Recreation Therapy Aides
• Document and report residents’ therapy outcomes
