Recruiting Specialist

We are looking for a Recruiting Junior Specialist to support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Identify and attract candidates for Customer Service and back-office roles
• Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support background processes
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
• Maintain recruitment metrics and tracking reports
• Ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruiting
• Experience sourcing candidates using different tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
