**What We're Looking For**:- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably in civil engineering or construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in a sourcing role for a recruitment agency.Previous recruitment agency experience is required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- Expert in social selling and network building via LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of the civil engineering industry and its talent landscape.
- Highly organized with proven self-sufficiency in managing workload.
- Commitment to process-driven recruitment methodologies.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
- Analytical mindset with capability to leverage our tech-driven recruitment technologies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
