As a Recruitment Sr Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the teams that design and manufacture life‑saving automotive safety systems. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies across multiple locations, attracting diverse and highly skilled professionals.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple complex requisitions
• Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent strategies with business objectives
• Develop and execute targeted staffing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality candidate pipelines
