We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished PMO Director for complex refinery infrastructure initiatives across LATAM. In this strategic leadership role, you will direct refinery PMO operations, ensuring that massive capital investments are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in refinery EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) frameworks, a mastery of project controls, and a proven track record of managing massive financial and technical scale.
