Regional Account Manager - Mississauga/GTA, Ontario

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key decision makers and stakeholders. Liaise between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to successfully deliver Kal Tire product and service solutions according to customer requirements. Manages and develops customer accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationships with customers. The Account Manager will provide expert guidance to their assigned customers, act as a strategic partner and advisor on all Kal Tire offerings and ensure a positive customer experience with the company, through contract negotiations, market understanding and new business opportunities with the customer. Pivotal to this role is the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships with their customers, aligning to the Kal Tire Aims.
