Regional Ecommerce Lead

**Some of the things we'd like you to do**:- Development and management of commerce media strategy to effectively deliver upon client objectives and targets, acting as point person for strategic performance and e-commerce media initiatives; bringing innovative media ideas- Work with the client leads to establish an operating processes and ensure best practice for ongoing management of campaigns and ways of working/process across the team- Provides strategic thinking and direction for TCCC commerce growth.
- Present to senior clients and take accountability for strategy implementation and campaign performance- Managing and leading the strategy for the performance, D2C and e-retail channels, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivery against budget.
- Maximising ecommerce sales performance through effective day to day recommendations to increase conversion, AOV, promotional activity and minimising customer bounce rates.
