Role Description
Take charge as a Regional Field Manager with Salt, leading activations for a destination coffee brand. This hands-on role requires operating commercial vehicles and supervising field teams.
In this position, you'll oversee mobile activations while managing drivers and brand ambassadors. Your leadership will ensure that every activation aligns with safety and quality standards. This autonomous role reports directly to the Senior Manager and requires effective communication while operating in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mobile and tent-based activations from start to finish
• Lead and supervise brand ambassadors and onsite teams
• Resolve operational or personnel issues as the main point of contact
• Safely operate 18 to 35 ft commercial vehicles and generators
