Role Description
The Regional Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing strategy, ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the plants under their scope. The primary objective is to guarantee the organization’s technical and productive competitiveness through resource optimization, technological innovation, and talent development.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including multi-plant or regional leadership.
Advanced knowledge ofLean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma , project management, and automation.
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
