This position reports to: General Marketing & Sales Mgr., Service Division; Regional Marketing and Sales Manager – Latin America (LATAM), Service Division, Electrification.

As the Latin America (LATAM) Region Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth to meet or exceed assigned targets while focusing on delighting our customers.

You will mentor and develop a team of country marketing & sales leaders, ensuring successful implementation of cross‑region initiatives and developing local strategies.

Recruiting, developing, and giving opportunities to world‑class talent in your region is a key part of the role, as is collaborating with other Electrification and ABB businesses.
