• Champion high standard of care: educate and influence veterinary teams to embrace current medical thinking and deliver outstanding patient care.
• Build strong relationships: collaborate with regional operations managers, practice managers, and veterinary teams to foster continuity, teamwork, and excellence.
• Coach and mentor: spend time in each clinic, observing, coaching, and mentoring veterinarians individually and in groups.
