Our client is a national Dental Service Organization (DSO) with a growing network of 50+ clinics. They are seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to oversee a group of high-volume clinics in BC. This pivotal role is responsible for driving practice performance and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on upskilling Practice Managers and ensuring clinics meet clinical, financial, and cultural standards.

As the key liaison between head office support teams and clinic leadership, the Regional Manager will lead revenue and schedule management, provide day-to-day oversight of clinic teams, and proactively triage operational issues.
