Role Description
Responsibility # Lead the Mexico sales team to achieve annual and quarterly targets; develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. Partner with the Executive General Manager to implement global initiatives and drive sustainable growth. # Develop new customer segments and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients in the Mexican wind power market (including developers, utilities such as CFE, and EPCs). # Conduct market intelligence activities (customer demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry trend monitoring) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. # Support strategic decision-making by analyzing Mexico's energy policies, utility procurement mechanisms, and developer requirements. # Manage end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
