Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 Gross + Travel Allowance
Qualification: MBA Freshers / Graduates with 1+ Year of Sales Experience

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Trainer to manage training and development activities for promoters across Kerala. The role involves conducting product, sales, and soft skills training, supporting onboarding and OJT activities, coordinating with sales teams, and improving promoter performance and retention.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct product, sales, and soft skills training for promoters across Kerala
* Handle onboarding, OJT, and 3 months handholding support for new promoters
* Coordinate with sales teams to align training programs with business goals
