Role Description
BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles and innovation, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth in Mexico.Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers).
Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI .
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and sales to deliver a premium customer experience.3-5 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment.Strong background in new vehicle retail operations .
