Registered Dietitian

Working within the context of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Dietitian (RD) will be completing individual nutrition assessments, developing nutrition care plans and providing nutrition counselling for the management of conditions commonly seen in primary care including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, disordered eating, bariatric care and other medical needs. This role requires the ability to work effectively with patients, providers and other health professional in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
