In this role, you will be integral in delivering comprehensive care for expectant mothers and newborns. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll conduct key assessments, provide education, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. The Labour and Delivery unit is a high-traffic center with vital responsibilities, serving thousands of families annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care in the Triage and Operating Rooms
• Evaluate fetal and neonatal health status
• Communicate effectively with patients and teams
• Offer patient education on various topics
• Conduct high-risk deliveries and support recovery
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nursing
