Role Description
Duties:
Participate and collaborate with other health care providers in the provision of patient care.Effectively use the Standards of Nursing Practice and the Nursing Process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the patient.Provide health teaching to patients and family.Responsible for accurate collection of patient care data and the completion of the Functional Independence Measures form with this data.Qualifications:
Certificate of competency in OntarioDemonstrated competencies related to IV Therapy.Knowledge:
Demonstrated clinical competencies in managing all categories of restorative and rehabilitative care patients.Knowledgeable in the utilization and care of all mechanical equipment required for patient care.Ability:
