This part-time position as a Registered Nurse involves ensuring patient care aligns with nursing standards and administrative policies. You will play a vital part in assessing residents, developing care plans, and managing the nursing team. Your leadership and direction will ensure effective nursing operations on the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in line with nursing standards
• Assist in monitoring and assessing resident needs
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide training
• Manage issues related to staff performance in collaboration with leadership
• Lead nursing department efforts during the Director's absence
Requirements:
• Valid nursing certificate from approved institutions
• Eligibility for registration with local nursing authorities
