In this Registered Nurse position, you'll be part of the transformational Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project. Your duties will include assessing patients, developing care plans with families, and collaborating effectively with an interprofessional care team. Help ensure that patients receive compassionate, person-centered care throughout their hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients through observation and data collection
• Develop care plans with families and caregivers
• Collaborate within the interprofessional care team
• Teach patients about illness prevention and self-care
• Document assessments and nursing interventions
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
