Role Description
Your Opportunity:
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, or designate, and according to regional and unit specific policies and directives the Registered Nurse will work in a multidisciplinary environment providing care to patients from across the AHS area who have been referred to the Subacute and/or Family Medicine Units at Leduc Community Hospital. The Registered Nurse, as a heath professional, bears the primary responsibility and accountability to assess patient needs, plan for/implement and evaluate nursing care needs for patients who are admitted to Family Medicine and Subacute.
