Registered Nurse Medical Ambulatory- Specialized Population

The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. – CAD $55.91/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care required to assist patients/residents in meeting their physical, social, spiritual and psychological needs using an established framework for nursing practice.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care.
• Incorporate individual and/or group teaching into the care plan and nursing interventions and/or make referrals to other identified resources; support other nurses and health care professionals by collegially sharing information and demonstrating procedures.
