Role Description
Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Clinical Practice Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) provides qualified registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge.
Experience
Recent NICU experience preferred or Acute Care experience required (up to 2 years of experience may be preferred/required).
Education
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Current CRNM registration required.
