Role Description
Lead patient advocacy as a Registered Pharmacist. Focus on medication reviews, disease management, and tailored counseling while promoting a seamless pharmacy experience for every patient.
As a key member of the healthcare team, you will serve patients with compassion and thoroughness. You’ll start care plans, provide safe medication practices, and educate patients and caregivers effectively. Participating in collaborative health programs is essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate warmth and empathy in patient interactions
• Initiate and follow through with care plans
• Participate actively in health and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in pharmacy practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Injection and First Aid Certification required
• Kroll software knowledge preferred
