Reporting to the Manager of Medical Imaging and Cardiology, the Registered Technologist‑Special’s key responsibilities include performing Ultrasound examinations; monitoring/adjusting equipment to ensure high quality images and a safe working environment on all shifts/call. The Registered Technologist - Special provides instruction to patients before and during examinations and assesses relevance of the examination based on patient clinical history.
