Registered Veterinary Technicians, RVT Department: Internal MedicineLocation: Ottawa, ONSchedule: Full‑timeCompensation: $19.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. This role includes days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily bookings and prepare caseload file information for Veterinarians and the internal medicine team.
• Serve as point of contact between Veterinarian, Pet Owner and Referring Veterinarians.
• Educate the pet owner on home‑care, follow‑up, nutrition and general information.
• Experience with and willingness to enhance technical skills; anesthesia, CRI’s, epidurals and mechanical ventilators.
• Work closely with the ICU team and assist where necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a steady and often fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with colleagues and pet parents.
