Role Description
Citi’s Banking franchise is organized around three lines of business: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking. The Financial Institutions team serves as the conduit of Citi’s full product suite to clients in the financial industry through holistically managed relationships across our unparalleled network.
The Relationship Associate is an intermediate-level position responsible for assisting clients by handling inquiries, resolving operational and administrative issues and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
