Role Description
Become the key link between TMX and its clients as a Relationship Manager in Equity Plan Solutions based in either Toronto, ON or Calgary, AB. This hybrid role emphasizes client service and long-term relationship building.
As the Relationship Manager, you'll foster client connections and coordinate efforts to meet service requirements effectively. Your role will involve managing client requests, training clients on relevant tools, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance operations. Financial services experience is preferred in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to TSX Trust EPS mandates
• Conduct reviews and updates of client agreements
• Interface directly with clients for queries and resolutions
• Update Salesforce with accurate Plan Sponsor information
• Process transactions and create support tickets as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year in Employee Plans
