Role Description
Shape the future of Eskay Creek as a Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer. In this site-based role, lead maintenance strategies and project initiatives to optimize mill operations.
Reporting to the Mill Manager, you will drive projects to enhance reliability and availability while fostering a culture of continual improvement. Expertise in reliability studies, risk management, and asset management will be essential to success. This position forges a path for mechanical engineers to excel in challenging conditions with an opportunity to lead impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability studies prior to commissioning
• Identify critical spare parts and ensure their acquisition
• Drive the fixed plant asset management program
• Investigate equipment failures using robust RCA processes
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives for performance enhancement
