Position Summary
The Reliability Manager plays an essential role in ensuring production operations maintain optimal performance through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, processes, and practices. The position is responsible for driving equipment reliability, process uptime, and maintenance efficiency at the frac sand production plant and loadout facility. Key deliverables will include reducing unplanned downtime, improving asset life cycles, and implementing best practices in predictive, preventive, and condition‑based maintenance strategies. The Reliability Manager will lead root cause analysis (RCA), oversee critical equipment maintenance planning, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
