This Sales Development Executive role emphasizes outbound sales development, cold calling, and pipeline creation. You'll focus on enterprise B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and strategic deal closing with global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales and lead generation
  • Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups
  • Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents
  • Follow up on proposals and contracts
  • Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements
