Role Description
Sun Point Wellness is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support their operations and human resources teams. The role includes assisting clients during the intake process, managing unpaid balances, and issuing invoices.
Ideal candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and empathetic, possessing strong problem-solving skills. This full-time remote position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm CST, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm CST.
