Remote Deferred Action Legal Assistant

Overview

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is looking for a Remote Deferred Action Legal Assistant to join our Immigration department. You will report directly to the Immigration Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and case management skills. We’re looking for someone with knowledge of Deferred Action. This paralegal will participate in all aspects of our cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation, and filing of applications and petitions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review.
• Assist with Deferred Action processes and applications.
• Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and excellent customer service.
