Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/German)

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Berlin Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Job Description:
Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries promptly, and handle missed calls.Respond to online chats in a timely manner, answering customer questions.Complete a specified number of email responses.Collect and relay customer feedback/complaints to help optimize products and processes.Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.Work must be completed within the stipulated time in strict accordance with the KPI assessment system.
