Required Qualifications~ Bachelor's degree or equal expertise~ Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence~ Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies~ Proven expertise as a Scrum Master in a globally distributed environment~4+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile Release Train~ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences~ On-video is required for this role.
