Remote Smart Home Support Specialist

Resolv Global is seeking a remote technical support professional based in Mexico. You will assist residents with smart home devices through calls and emails, ensuring effective communication and troubleshooting.

This full-time role offers training for 4 to 5 weeks and requires strong English skills, customer service experience, and a genuine interest in technology. Pay is $5.50 per hour, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM MST.
