Remote U.S. Recruiter — End-to-End Hiring

Halyard Health is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for U.S.-based positions. This role will initially work remotely and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico within a year.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR. Strong collaboration and communication skills are a must, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.
