Role Description
Join ENERCON as a Remote Technical Support Expert, specializing in wind turbine assistance and fault analysis. Provide essential support to field teams throughout Canada, ensuring optimal wind farm performance.
You will act as the first point of contact for technical concerns, helping diagnose issues while collaborating with internal departments. With your experience, you’ll support ongoing training initiatives and work on developing effective corrective measures for recurring problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to field personnel
• Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting for wind turbines
• Escalate complex issues in coordination with Level 2 support
• Offer remote monitoring services and turbine restart support
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during site visits
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in wind turbine maintenance
