Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Drivers' License and own vehicle.
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings.
- Overtime as required.
Job Duties
- Delegate daily, weekly and monthly tasks to maintenance workers.
- Supervise tasks assigned to maintenance workers.
- Perform regular property inspections of the hotel including common areas, building exterior, and landscape.
