The Fort Frances Times is seeking a full-time, on-site reporter/staff writer to join our four-person editorial team. This position is not remote and requires physical presence in Fort Frances, Ontario. It is an excellent opportunity to build a journalism career at an independent, locally focused newspaper serving Northwestern Ontario.
We especially encourage applicants from the local Indigenous community to strengthen our coverage and connection to the Rainy River District.
