Your responsibilities
- Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets. These include single cell/nuclei RNA seq data, proteomics data.
- Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices.
- Project management and supervising doctoral students.
Your profile
- PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience
- Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology
