The Northern Inter-Tribal Health Authority is a dynamic and evolving First Nations healthcare agency that provides health program support to its four northern partners: Prince Albert Grand Council, Meadow Lake Tribal Council, Lac La Ronge Indian Band, and Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation.
POSITION MANDATE
The NITHA Researcher will work with special projects at NITHA, such as the Cancer Project, and is responsible for working with and supporting Project Coordinators, Leads, Steering Committee members, and Partners to plan, implement, and coordinate research activities, and assist in evaluating the project(s). The Researcher works in collaboration internally with NITHA Public Health Unit Staff and the Medical Health Officer (MHO), and externally with NITHA Partner organizations and other stakeholders such as the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency.
