POSITION SUMMARY
Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking an experienced, culturally grounded, and relational leader to serve as the Resource Team Leader.
Reporting to the Resource & Guardianship Manager, this role provides day‑to‑day leadership, supervision, and practice guidance to the Resource team supporting foster, kinship, and customary caregivers under delegated authority. The Resource Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring caregiver recruitment, assessment, approval, training, and ongoing support practices are timely, defensible, culturally grounded, and aligned with the Child, Family and Community Service Act (CFCSA), MCFD policy, and SCFSS practice frameworks.
