Role Description

**Property management**:- Regularly reviews facilities provision, making recommendations for improvements and contributes to policy-making.
- Plans, prioritises, and manages maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimise disruptions to business activities and use the organisation's facilities and resources effectively.
- Leads planning and implementation of major facilities upgrade projects.
**Office services**:- Develop and maintain policies and processes in which agreed facilities are consistently delivered at agreed quality and price levels- Liaises with functional or operational area managers to ensure that the office / building facilities as well as administration policies, programmes, and activities are appropriate for current and future business needs.
