Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work at the King West location of Canada's fastest growing hand roll bar. As the Senior Supervisor, you'll be the leader of your restaurant, overseeing the general day to day operations including environment cleanliness, staffing levels, guest management, inventory management and employee training/coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Management : Manage hiring and terminations of FOH employees according to HR procedures.
• Shift Scheduling : Establishing and maintaining work schedules through Push to ensure coverage during peak periods, accommodating vacations or sick leaves.
