Purpose

As a member of the store management team, assist the Store Manager in ensuring all operational, business, and personnel targets are achieved for the store. Oversee the daily operation of the store and ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant government legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Through a specific divisional responsibility (Sales or Operations), support the Store Manager in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the store to ensure the store meets key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
