About the position:

We are looking for a Retail Business Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will deliver in-depth data analysis and actionable insights to support business growth and development. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams—such as operations, buying, marketing, finance, and logistics—you will analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and drive performance optimization across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and organize sales data to deliver actionable insights and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop automated dashboards and prepare regular or ad hoc sales reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to analyze customer trends, sales, profitability, and KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement and informing strategic decisions.
