THE ROLE
As the Merchandising Manager, you will:
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunitiesTranslate the product story through creative visual merchandisingLead the team to execute against Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floorEnable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel servicesEnsure the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and OperationsManage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONS
