**Audit Dealer Contract Files**:Assist the Retail Network Department in achieving objectives by processing transactions and reviewing Dealer Contract files with intense attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- Thoroughly review and process all completed transactions and contracts involving Sales & Service Agreements in a timely manner, while adhering to desk procedures and department policies.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with Retail Network Specialists, ensuring that any outstanding items, errors, or discrepancies in the file are promptly brought to their attention and corrected in a timely fashion.
- Organize and maintain all dealership contract files in a neat and orderly manner, adhering to department and Company guidelines for document retention and storage.
