Retail Store Department Head 62010 Responsibilities
Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of workers
Hire and train, or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervision Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Site Environment First Nations settlements
Work Setting Rural area, remote location, willing to relocate, no fly‑in/fly‑out, or rotational arrangements are available, financial services industry
